Bard and Machinist are currently the only jobs completely reliant on another job (Dragoon) for their damage type resist debuff. Are there any plans to allow Bard and Machinist to bring their debuff themselves like all the melee classes do and opening up compositions a bit so Dragoon isn't quite so mandatory for a group that contains any Physical Ranged jobs?

Any chance you guys could Add a Small open topped crown that sits on top of the Head?. I think it'd be really nice addition. Currently crowns are very limited and cover hairstyles making them fairly undesirable among the player base. Smaller (Not Tiny) crowns that sit on top of the head wouldn't change the hairstyles we have and shouldn't have problems with clipping either

Red Mage is currently not performing too well in relation to other jobs, verraise while a powerful utility comes at the cost of MP and can put you a a disadvantageous position. Summoner on the other hand also covers this niche while performing much better.
Will it possible for you to:
Buff offensive RDM utility Emoblen should effect everyone, the job also has piercing synergy and may be a good candidate to remove the unhealthy monopoly Drg has over that buff.
Alternatively, Punish the lack of caster dps in parties and Bard and Machinist have unhealthy synergy where as casters have little to no synergy with contagion on Smn being the only viable caster buff in the game. Monks brotherhood not effecting casters may seem like a balance but it only causes casters more headaches. The player base understands that all jobs are viable for all content but that doesn\\'t mean the same 7 jobs should monopolizes slots as it is very difficult to find a group looking for a RDM/ SAM or BLM.

Do you plan to expand on Roles in this game and provide a Proper support role for jobs, during the initial launch I believe you all attempted to make dragoon a support heavy dps by having it's damage cap lowest of all melee, however you abandoned the idea. Do you think come 5.0 we could see dedicated support roles, BRD MCH RDM DRG NIN, see shifts to a new support dps type. Many players would agree that this would allow jobs like SAM, SMN, BLM and MNK the chance to shine at dps while allowing the other utility based jobs to support and contribute.
