This might be considered off-topic, since it doesn't involve in-game stuff, so I apologize in advance if it's not allowed! Figured I'd try anyways.

When Stormblood was released, I found myself at work wishing the OST was out already, because I was craving some of the songs and couldn't wait to get home to hear them. I understand it takes time to plan and release an OST, especially if it has bonus tracks, and/or other music that is added in later patches. But I was wondering if it would be at all possible to have pre-orders available shortly after the launch of an expansion or major patch, and upon pre-ordering, the customer can immediately download the audio files that are present at launch. Basically a scaled-down digital copy of the album to tide us over until we get the physical copy.

I really think this could be profitable, as players are more likely to purchase the music when it is fresh and new and surrounded by 'new patch hype'. If the official OST isn't offered until several months later, by then for many people they will have heard the music so many times, it will have lost its initial appeal. Please consider it!
