There were plenty of FC owners who couldn't get the housing they wanted because of errors and bug issues. Can you please add bountiful amount of wards instead or create instance? You guys have not made housing better but worse.

Regarding housing:
Have you considered allowing for any house interior to be expanded to a larger size?
For example, say you buy a Small house. The exterior is Small, forever. But if you were to pay a very high fee, the interior would become not Small but Medium or Large. Even people who have just an apartment could pay a very large fee and turn their one room into a mansion.
What prevents the game from allowing that?
Please consider it. There are only three Large plots per division per ward, and more than three people or Free Companies who want them.
Does the development team consider 4.2's "property ladder" approach to releasing new residential wards a success, and can we expect to see this approach be used going forward? It certainly seems to have allowed many free companies the ability to obtain medium or large houses, but as a first-time private buyer it was disheartening to see all the medium plots disappear so quickly.
What made you decide to choose FFVI as part of the Omega raid, even though I haven't seen Omega in any part of that game?
This might be considered off-topic, since it doesn't involve in-game stuff, so I apologize in advance if it's not allowed! Figured I'd try anyways.
When Stormblood was released, I found myself at work wishing the OST was out already, because I was craving some of the songs and couldn't wait to get home to hear them. I understand it takes time to plan and release an OST, especially if it has bonus tracks, and/or other music that is added in later patches. But I was wondering if it would be at all possible to have pre-orders available shortly after the launch of an expansion or major patch, and upon pre-ordering, the customer can immediately download the audio files that are present at launch. Basically a scaled-down digital copy of the album to tide us over until we get the physical copy.
I really think this could be profitable, as players are more likely to purchase the music when it is fresh and new and surrounded by 'new patch hype'. If the official OST isn't offered until several months later, by then for many people they will have heard the music so many times, it will have lost its initial appeal. Please consider it!
My question begins with a story.
When I was little, a family friend lived on the 3rd floor of an apartment. He really wanted to garden real plants, and not just small ones and flowers on his small balcony, but didn't have the land to do it. He looked around and found a corn farmer nearby who rented out sections of his land. Each section was a fairly small square fenced area, just big enough that half of it was about the size of a shed, and the other half was the gardening area. He would leave his apartment early every morning to go to his rented out garden, take care of his plants, then go off to work. On the weekends we'd go help out, chill out with some chairs and play cards.
The reason I am mentioning this is because it reminds me of FF14's housing situation. Not everyone who "wants a house" actually wants to have a house. There are people, like me, who just want the ability to have a real garden. Such people would be more than content with an apartment and a separate plot of land just for gardening.
Would it be possible to make such "outdoors only" (and hopefully instanced for scalability) plots of land?

Sorry for adding to an existing question, but just in case his reasoning isn't seen as 'good enough', I feel it's very important to add that it is a very important feature for players who are affected by real life disasters or hardship.
(My personal explanation as to why this is so important, and why pausing demolition following large-scale disasters is not sufficient -- tl;dr version below.) I had a friend horribly affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, and he only just a couple days ago was able to log into the game for the first time in nearly five months. (He lost his home and pretty much everything he owned, but he was fortunate in that his PS4 somehow survived, and his friends purchased a PS4 copy of the game for him once things settled down.) I very much appreciate that the demolition timer was paused for this tragedy, but he could have been affected by it for far longer than the pause allowed. Fortunately he could send a friend his account info so she could log in and keep his house safe, but not all players are comfortable with sharing their account information (or possibly even able to contact friends). And the demolition timer is only implemented for widespread disaster, obviously, not small-scale instances like a house fire, long-term hospitalization, or financial crisis. Please, consider that these players are already going through tough times, and although it is only a virtual house, it might mean a lot to them. For someone who has lost everything, it is one less thing to lose. They have enough to deal with; they shouldn't have to also worry about their home in Eorzea!
tl;dr: Please consider allowing friends (or players sharing an estate) to keep it safe from demolition, in the event that the owner is unable to log into the game for reasons beyond their control.

Since you have upgraded the amount of npc in housing, thank you for that. But will there be possibility for to be able to add more indirect lighting lights to housing instead of two or at least able to angle the current ones options we have?
The music is straight from FFXI (it's Iroha's theme) and it's supposed to be Reisenjima from XI.The Tenzen seen in the quest is the XIV version of the same Tenzen in XI (right down to the mention that he used a Phoenix Blade by one of the NPCs) so definitely a homage.
Speaking of FFXI... Yoshidaaaaaaaaaaaa! When will we get a XIV version of Besieged?! It seems perfect with what we have in this expansion and where the story is going. Has it been considered? I know Koji has mentioned really loving Besieged as well...![]()
With the 4.2 housing going to one house/fc per world. Is there a way we can have it so those of us with more than one character can share said house/ownership of house? The way it stands now, I would have to relenquish the (M) house I have, just so I can have a house on my main character. This would also make it so others would not mind being left to only one house.
