lol did you not read the comments and see the pics leading up to the end of this thread?The problem is not the game... it's you're convinced you can see something wrong with how the sky looks. It's an illusion. You say the clouds stop when you move the camera. Moving the camera is the same as moving the entire rendered world. You could say the camera could is still and it's everything else that is moving. The reason why it looks odd is cuz you normally see the world with two eyes which allow you to perceive depth. The clouds though are so far away that if stared at, they will appear to do strange things and make strange shapes. Go outside and stair up at the real sky for 30 minutes. I think that would solve the problem.
