That being said, I thought you were referring to Castrum Meridianum and Praetorium for a moment.

Judging by your world, you're in a Japanese data center. I believe you should activate all languages in the duty finder settings. Trials without level item requirements on average shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, even for a dps.

1. They were referring to the HW boost potion, to skip past the rest of ARR.
2. They were referring to the final ARR dungeons, and mistakenly assumed Thok was also a dungeon.

But yeah. Still had options other than buying the jump potion. Party Finder would've worked just as well. And Thok is not a dungeon, it's only a trial, single boss fight, like all the other primals. Still, sounds likely that the issue is either not playing during same hours as most others on the data center, or language settings too restrictive preventing the game from finding enough players to match.
