interesting that your hitting it a good 20+ nodes before meFatigue is still there for gatherers.
After around 55/60 nods ( at 8 tries per nods) I ALWAYS start to damage stuff as miner or botanist. Fisher on the other hand get fatigue after like 800 fishes ( equivalent to 100 nodes).
So we can gather more than before but I have to agree with finalfreak, this needs to be removed entirely. Yes after 2h of gathering ( usually the time I need to hit fatigue, more or less) I'm kinda glad to go do something else, but give me the choice to go when I want, not when the game tells me " ok you cannot gather anymore go do something else".
are you giving it time to cool off in between?

24h beetween each gathering session for the last 5 days, 400-450 item each day ( been doing the grade4 at Black Shroud).
That's about the same as me.Fatigue is still there for gatherers.

And I understand that people say it's time to take a break of it by then, but they shouldn't add such a hilarious achievements then. 4000 hits in one region. Some days I'm totally up for a full day of mining while watching some tv series, but after about 3 hours I need to give up already because of the fatigue. This way I'll never get those 4000 hits achievements O.o
I would have to agree with Thevedis, if you have given time to fully cool-down since your last session I do believe 60 nodes is a bit of an exaggeration. It also could be "fatigue" is different to different people. I mean are you considering fatigue as in, the first time you damage 1 item? Because you can gather quite a bit longer and still harvest/mine/fish at about a 80% rate w/o damaging items....until it gets really bad.
Also, if you are intent on working towards those achievements and that is your sole motivation for doing the gathering, then the fact that your in fatigue shouldn't matter since damage chops still count towards your counter.
Hmmm, i never watched that O.o That's really good to know! You helped me a ton! ^^I would have to agree with Thevedis, if you have given time to fully cool-down since your last session I do believe 60 nodes is a bit of an exaggeration. Just pitty that you lose a fairly big amount of money while damaging all the items, but my main goal is idd the achievement. This is new info for me because I never watched the counter once the fatigue started.
Ty for that post man!
Yes I consider hitting fatigue as soon as I break my first item ( I said : " I start to damage stuff" ).
I know I could continue, but I gather for the sake of looting items, thus breaking them, even if it is only 20% (which is a lot imo) just makes me stop.
well....1 item is nothing out of 8, even 2 of 8 doesnt stop me
ill go til i break close to 50% which is at the 1000 gather mark or so

I don't usually start hitting fatigue until between 500-550 gathers.
Although it's sometimes frustrating, SE needs to control the rate at which items come in to the game. If fatigue is removed, we could be competing against bots or gilsellers who gather 24 hours a day, and the prices for items will plummet. Gathering is still quite profitable, and I prefer it to stay that way.
