@FF_XIV_EN #Heavensward unable to download patch files [11003] [10009] [10019]

I found two ways to fix this on PC.

1. Manually set DNS to Google's (8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4) let the patch download without issue. https://m.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10#change_dns_control_panel

2. Disable firewall. Download. Enable firewall.
