So back when 4.x came out, they made it so the first three 70 dungeons always had the chests drop some kind of gear (just accessories most of the time but hey those 300s helped back in the beginning).

Now though they've gone back to usually just giving shards of some kind... Why is that? The gear from these dungeons isn't better than what creation can buy and all but it would still be useful in gearing up other classes if the chests still dropped even just accessories. Heck there have been some runs since Drowned City came out where these chests don't drop a single accessory per run.

If its about desynthing issues I could understand that but it still just seems weird to go back to chests being useless 80% of the time in new content. Would be nice if the trend would continue with them having gear in them instead.
