    Can you elaborate on the kind of issue you are having? When did this start occurring?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Are there any particular areas of the game where this happens? Do you notice a pattern?
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
