WHM Divine Benison: Still Spending Lilies

Date & Time: Since the 4.2 Patch
Frequency: Often enough to notice but not all the time, I think.
Character: Slig Sansoucie
World: Cactuar NA
Class/Level: 70 WHM
Party or solo: Both
Area and coordinates: All over (Instances and Open World)
Steps:
1. Have 2-3 lilies
2. Use Benison
3. Lillies are now spent

Sorry if this isn't a bug/in the wrong section but i noticed how inconsistent it is.

Not a bug. It's an oGCD that consumes lillies, like Assize, Asylum, Tetragrammaton, etc.

Just it no longer won't fire without one. That was the change.

I don't agree with it since the number of lilies spent still doesn't effect the spell so still a waste but thanks for the information

The abilities get cooldown reduction thanks to lilies. Now I will agree that lilies are still boring and useless but it does have an effect even though it is a minor one.
