Dragon Sight targetting error in crossworld party

Steps: Used macro /ac "Dragon Sight" <6>
1. Before the fight started, macro worked fine, targeted the monk in spot 6
2. waited for cooldown
3. as soon as the fight started, used macro again "Invalid target" error was received, buff was not received.
4. To test, went to open world. The Lochs. Changed macro to /ac "Dragon Sight" <2> it worked as expected outside of combat.
5. Entered combat with Salt Dhara @ x:11.0 y:24.1. Used macro, worked as intended.
6. Entered unsynced version of Sohm Al (hard). Used macro at the entrance, worked as intended.
7. Entered combat with first group of monsters. used macro, worked as intended.

I have been using this macro for several weeks with the same party and haven't had any issues with it until fighting Byakku tonight.
