Keyboard stopped working

When teleported keyboard stopped working and sound stopped. Never had this problem before till this patch. When exit out and login again everything works fine again. Only happened now 2 times since the 4.2 patch.

Does this issue only happen when you teleport, or has it come up at different times? Is it just the keyboard that stops working? Can you still use the mouse?

My character just exited dungeon and just stopped moving and screen started flickering on and off from being totally black to normal and sound to game just stopped. So far haven't had the problem again after exiting out. Thinking might been caused from a lag spike.
