Did not receive accessories from Tales of adventure: Ninja

I bought Tales of Adventure: Ninja on 1/30/18. I received all three items in the mail. When I opened the shire conservator's accessories coffer, the items did not appear in my inventory. I check with the shire vendor, and I do not have most of the items from shire conservator's accessories coffer.

No, the accessories are included with the Tales of Adventure items. When I opened the shire conservator's accessories coffer, the items should have been placed into my Armory Chest.

Did you already own the 2 different rings etc. that they give you. I have read on old posts that that can cause you not to get them.

Opening the coffer will fail if you currently possess any of the included unique items. Are you sure you didn't already have one of the Shire accessories for your Bard, thus making it so you couldn't open the coffer?

I do not have the coffer anymore. It disappeared without giving me any items. It popped with a failed attempt once, so I tried to put any dex accessories into the Chocobo Saddlebag, but I think that I maybe had the shire earring in my armory chest when it disappeared.

Do a quick "/isearch Shire Conservator" just to double-check

Ok, i found it. It seems that I accidentally put it into my saddlebag. Silly me. Thank you for your help.
