I'm unable to receive my season 5 wolf collars from the Feast Quartermaster NPC in wolves' den pier, I suspect it was because I forgot to pick them up before the following season (6) of feast was concluded, and the Feast Quartermaster gave me the collars from THAT season (6) when I interacted with him.

The character in question was formerly known as Toilet Paper on Ragnarok and was in the diamond tier (7 collars) when the season 5 ended, I transferred the toon to Phoenix some time after and is now known as Lord Wedel (Phoenix)

I have the collars I earned from Season 6, just missing the 7 from Season 5

Steps:
1. I forgot to pick the tier reward (wolf collars) from the NPC in question after S5
2. I transferred my toon (that was formerly known as Toilet Paper on Ragnarok and was diamond (if that's relevant) in S5) to Phoenix and was forced to rename it to Lord Wedel.
3. S6 was concluded and I was no longer able to get my collars from S5
