ME and a buddy got our first run/kill on Kefka tonight and was in a full party of first timers. Even as we figured things out we would call it out in /p chat. Only issue we had with the party was healers more interested in DPSing when people needed healing. I'm fine with healers doing damage, but please throw a heal every now and again. I usually try to help with damage when I can if I'm playing WHM, otherwise I'm healing.
