Problem Description:
In The Jade Stoa (Extreme) fight, the boss sometimes does the State of Shock mechanic, and the stack mechanic afterwards incorrectly.
It happened a few times, that when the boss grabbed me, I didn't land in it's palm, but was on top of his hands / stuck in the air. Any movement beyond this point leads to an instant death.
Sometimes, I died instantly, before even able to move on top of the boss' hand.
Exiting and reenterng the instance fixed the issue temporarily.

Same issue here. Happened twice in a row in the same instance, didn't reset since it was a raid finder party and we just disbanded.
I was the healer that was assigned the second share duty, and I saw the OT die from 100 HP to 0 in the boss's hand for no reason. Sweep legs happened at the same time the share marker hovered above our heads, and of course we died to it.
It happened only once to me out of about 20 pulls I've had so far. I don't know if it has anything to do with the tanks' actions, since when I tanked it yesterday neither the OT nor me got this problem.
