Can't Move Camera Around (Stuck Upwards)

I reinstalled the game and the screen is still pointed upwards.. I'm starting to think that my computer or something on it could be affecting the game to do that.

The only thing I can think of is that there is some malfunction with the keyboard or mouse. I know you said that this was the only one you had, but could you borrow someone else's for a test?

You can also try doing a clean boot. Go to the task manager and then the start up tab. disable everything here and restart your PC. Don't run any other programs and see if you have different results.

Hello! sorry if I haven't reply back, but great news! The camera seems to be fine now it isn't looking upwards anymore. It seems that vjoy was behind everything, I thought I had completely uninstalled it but I had to do was go into 'device manager' human interface and uninstall vjoy from there.
