Yes the same thing happens when I use the dualshock.

I do have a couple things you can try. First, try to connect the keyboard into a different USB port (if you have any extra ones). Second would be a complete reinstallation of the game. Make sure to delete any remaining files in the 'My Documents' folder as well before reinstalling.

I tried connecting the keyboard to a different usb port and the problem still persist. Right now I just installed the game and removed the files so i'm now going to re-download it.

I reinstalled the game and the screen is still pointed upwards.. I'm starting to think that my computer or something on it could be affecting the game to do that.

The only thing I can think of is that there is some malfunction with the keyboard or mouse. I know you said that this was the only one you had, but could you borrow someone else's for a test?

You can also try doing a clean boot. Go to the task manager and then the start up tab. disable everything here and restart your PC. Don't run any other programs and see if you have different results.
