Can't Move Camera Around (Stuck Upwards)

This is my first post here on the forums so nice to meet y'all I started playing ffxiv for a week but I haven't really done much and its because of the one issue with my camera. It's all the way zoomed in facing upwards towards my character. I'm able to move the camera around in any directions but it doesn't stay with the direction I want it to face. For example, if I move my camera up on aerial view I just goes back to the original position it was from the start? Has anyone had a similar. I don't have screenshots now but i'll get them a bit later.

What platform is this on? If on PC, are you using a controller or mouse and keyboard? Have you tried both inputs?

What kind of mouse do you have? Is a gaming mouse with it's own set of drivers? If so, have you tried reinstalling those drivers? Does the issue persist of you unplug the mouse?

Additionally, you can try changing some of the camera settings in the settings menu to see if this has any affect.

I have a regular effect. But i'll try change the camera settings if it has any affect.

Hello I'm back! So good news, camera is centered! https://sta.sh/0z74trmul2p but when I move my directional keys on the keyboard the camera moves back down again like before. I'm still using a mouse.

So now the camera will only move when you move your character now? If you are standing still, you have no issue? Or is it whenever you press a button on the keyboard (regardless of moving)?
