And people will have faked FCs just to get houses again, the fix is just insulting. I am so angry about it too, if it's not something that is accessible to everyone, and not because it is skill gated, then it should be an addition to their subscription, then they can directly underwrite the technical costs that SE keep bleating on and on about.

Furthermore you state your own opinions as a fact. Do you have any actual numbers why multiplot owners are such a problem in your point of view?

I love how some people want to label us multiowners (which often is 2 or 3 houses per service account) as criminals. When we...

1. Never broke any rule, took the opportunity after working hard to collect the Gil and bought our plots

2. Didnt horde the plots solely to sell them off at a later time (like with 4.1 where you could find people selling plots for 100+ M Gil)

People likes to bring up the women who bought a whole Ward, while i can understand the anger about a few people buying up so many plots i honestly can't say they did anything wrong and from what i gathered they are using their houses so its not like they have deserted them.

Also on the subject, these people also bought the houses when the server was dead and the plots were just sitting there.

^ is 100% correct, and alot of the houses were gifted to other FC members, and every one of them is being used to it's full extent from what I have heard from a lot of players.

Plots were empty forever, anyone could've came and got them at any time, from any server with transfer, so really, no one should ever complain about that.

To be perfectly honest I support the idea that houses should be prioritized for FCs due to their already dwindling supply and players really don't need a house to themselves. Apartments are not enough for solo players though, if you want to level your chocobo you have to pay hundreds of thousands of gil to buy thavnairian onions to level them up because you don't have a means to cross-breed without having a garden, and only houses have gardens. Maybe SE would take this advice into consideration? Public gardens yes please. That would at least satisfy the player base that are looking for houses mainly for the ability to crossbreed their own crops.

In my experience, dwindling players in a FC have more to do with treatment within it than anything else so that argument doesn't hold water. Yes, apartment upgrades with gardens and a small outside balcony would help. I suggested a loft-type set up with room for the garden and perhaps a small table, chairs and BBQ area.

The big thing that annoys a few people I know and I is they ready should have added a legitimate sale / trannsfer / exchange system.

I know quite a few players in various circles that were trying quite hard to get houses near each other instead if all being scattered all over eorzea.

And while some had some success its now almost impossible to do.

Moving isn't restricted to FCs, only new purchases. If they all currently have houses, they can still attempt to move near each other.

Because everyone on forums complained FC's should have first chance, and so SE listened. It was asked for by all the people contributing on here for eons. So......what's the complaint?

True, but the ones with can still attempt to move together regardless of being an fc or personal house. They can share their houses and keep watch for open plots for the others once the wards open up for personals in the meantime?
