This is more of a transitional period. Multi home owners are basically locked out from acquiring any new homes, and precautions have been added to discourage house flipping. Lets also look at the mysterious settings/rules they haven't released any details about. Most everything's locked down right now due to needless adolescent entitlement and good old fashioned American greed combined with a outdated housing system that was plagued from the start. Just have to wait a week or two see what happens after the FC and relocate only stuff is finished. As far as auto demolition goes its a necessary part of a persistent housing system. Without auto demo a lot of homes would have been abandoned for years at this point.

Yes and no. We can still relocate which i think is nice. That means we can still upgrade or move to a more desirable plot.
