Cant annul marriage, missing item, in game bug

I have a issue ive reported time and time again over a year, over 50 unanswered GM tickets, several emails answered without even being answered by a person. Ive never gotten any help and this is the last chance im giving this game. Long time ago i transferred from gilgamesh to mateus, i annuled my marriage on gilgamesh before i left. But when i tried to get married on mateus it says im still married and i need to give them the ring to annull it, problem is the ring does not exist, i checked all my inventory a hundred times, performed a search for it with 0 results. All i need is literally five seconds of a GMs time. But its been forever and i have yet to even speak to one despite all my attempts to contact one. I want to marry my irl sweetheart and this game is alot less fun when it feels like the devs dont care at all about the players. please give me a reason to stay.
