Company-Issue Survival Manual II buffs are dropping early

Steps:
1. Use Manual
2. Manual buff runs for a bit over two hours
3. Last I looked at the buff, it had 57 minutes remaining, so I popped two food for 60 minutes to go grind my mining to level so they would roughly coincide.
4. Noticed my food had 52 minutes remaining but my manual buff was gone.


That was today. I felt funny yesterday, having to pop a second manual because when I popped the first, I could have sworn I'd calculated the time to be just enough before I'd need to get offline. So I was pretty sure it had ended early. Now I'm positive that the buffs are dropping before they should.

I would be surprised if this was a new "bug" with the patch, considering the manual buffs have always gone away early once you earn the the amount of bonue experience specified in the item description.

The survival manuals are XP based not time based. So if you achieve the 300k XP before the 60 minute window is over, the buff falls off.

Those things have a time limit, and an exp limit. Once you hit 100k bonus exp, it wears off.
