Crashed while attempting to do instanced quest "His Forgotten Home"

I've updated all my drivers to my video card and am currently running (as of this morning)

GeForce GTX 1070
Driver Version: 390.77

I've tried restarting the ffxiv.exe several times and restarting my machine. The same error persist. I seek a solution!

I logged in today after the emergency maintenance and attempted to do the MSQ for 4.2. There were no issues during the MSQ line until the said quest instance.

Yes only this quest. I am able to do other new content without issues.

Yes, 9 or 11 its the same issue.
