There isn't a set timer. If SE was smart they wouldake it completely random think of the fox fate when SB first launched. People knew an general idea when it might pop but sometimes it was very random. Hopefully they did housing the same thing. If they didn't then resellers and house flippers would just continue

Since they said it would be a random time, I just assumed it would be random like hunts or the rare FATEs. There's a certain window of time where it's always at least X minutes/ hours before it opens, but it will open by Y minutes/ hours if it had not opened up already.
