Will plots ALWAYS be open until a week?

In theory plots could stay completely unable to be purchased by anyone as long as people keep relocating until after maint next Tues when wards 13-18 become available for purchase.

Eventually all the open plots will be the worst of the worst smalls and the problem will fix itself! /s

As long as the random timer is set to not exceed 5 minutes it would nip this in the bud, because 5 minutes is the relocation cooldown imposed on plots (e.g. Person 1 relocates out of G.W3 Plot 8, Person 2 can't immediately relocate into G.W3 Plot 8 - as per 4.1 Patch Notes).

It's not 5 minutes and the 4 plots I've seen that were relinquished were all longer than 5 minutes (at least an hour in fact, unsure when exactly they were purchased in the end though).

All the patch notes say is: "To discourage the resale of plots, any plots relinquished by owners will be unavailable for purchase for a limited time."

They don't give us exact timing.
