Maybe its just me, but did all of the picture Maps from page 1 disappear? With the Exception of Deep-Sea Site. They were there yesterday but now gone for me.

It's not just you. I was wondering that myself and am scrambling now to find the pictures of the maps to send out my subs. Not sure what happened.

Each sub can bring in about 3 million gil per month doing salvaged accessories, direct sale to NPC

Every patch that adds new zones gives exclusive minions, furnishings, and crafting materials, which are big money for a couple months

I'm unsure on the normal method for posting new or at least missing items from the submersible chart at the start of this forum. That said, I got a housing item not listed on the chart.
Southeast Bellflower gave me an "Alzadaal's Treasure Rug" with the log telling me "Seas clear and calm."

I got one of the new zones, "The Fluttering Bay" from my subs which were out doing Southeast Bellflower, The Floral Reef, and Wingsreach before maintenance began. I couldn't see which one of the three gave it though when I went through the voyage log.
