Edit: why is glittersand Basin greyed out? i cant select it, whats the cause of this?

155 surveillance minimum for every color of the boule's as per the posts above. Everything else falls below that. As for being greyed out, that happens if your sub isn't high enough level for the zone or doesn't have enough range to reach it.

It also happens if you aren't carrying enough ceruleum gas on you for your sub to get to that sector even if the sub has enough range.

whats the range needed for after Deep Sea Site 7? im at 50

Looks like the Stone Temple is the longest distance at 64 total (Distance to Destination [47] + Distance to Survey [17]).
