In my opinion, the CUSyC submarine is the best general-purpose submarine for rare-item collecting.

I'm inclined to agree with this sentiment. Testing this fit out compared to the CCSyC fit yields results that are a bit more advantageous with regards to common farming routes. Considering the extra range that CUSyC gains and the inclusion of the extra Surveillance to acquire the two new Boules, I'll be refitting my own ships to this setup.
