I have looked all over, but I cannot find a solid answer on my own....
What would be a good to great end game 4 sub build? I currently have a CUWC and SSSS. I'd like to at least hit the otters and/or kamacite. What would be a good plan to make the parts for the later subs?
It's mostly me doing it, so I'd like to refrain from too many overlapping parts.

I'd suggest the CUSC build if you're trying to economize. (S = Shark) You can put it together from the parts you already have and it will be capable of bringing back both otters and kamacite.

Ok, so. I see that 130 surv is needed for kamacite and below and 145 for otters. However, just a few posts before said that CCWC (130 surv) is enough to get otters. Am I missing something?

As an answer to my own question. It seems that a fleet will be mostly CCXC (x=anything, really), so dynamic parts will not be a thing like in airships. Anything not that will have too low of retrieval or speed, so it will take forever or not get enough of anything to make the trip worth it, or both.
Is a fleet like this good?:

    CCYC
    CCWC
    CCWC
    CUWC
