So here below is a few to choose from:

CUUC: 170 30 110 50 110
CCSC: 150 65 85 90 140
CUUS: 170 30 70 95 120

For my purpose, which is to get rare items like materia VIs and Otter, so if favor of 110 can guarantee a second roll, then CUUC will be my choice. The speed of 110 is way better than the other two builds. The only concern is range of 50 though, but if I only send the submarines to deep 7 then it should work. Any destination beyond deep 7 this build wont do. For example, materia VI farming at the last few destinations needs to be either CCSC or CUUS.
