I've been trying to get kamacite but it's been kinda low chance of getting them with stats of 120/105/60/85/85, exploring only the 2 zones confirmed to have them., Should I be focusing on different stats to increase my chances of Kamacite ore?

I think 120 surveillance is too low to get Kamacite. I don't know what the absolute lowest possible surveillance is, but I do know that with 135 surveillance we found a lot of it with very little trouble.

If you're just trying to haul ore, a high retrieval stat will bring back larger piles per trip. A higher favor will give you a second chance to acquire the ore from the same sector.
