Its only 5 slower then the CWCC build that i see people using. I avoided due to the low speed, but if Gathering could add addtional items to the loot table, then RNG gets checked that many more times.
110 Retrieval rates as poor for Ramiliea Shelf, so 80 won't be enough to make any difference in the 4.5 zones.
