I was using the CWCC set. (Coelacanth Pressure Hull, Whale Class Stern, Coelacanth Bow, Coelacanth Bridge) which gives a total of 175 Surveillance. I am however thinking of going CSCS soon when I have enough Karmacite. I do a lot of submarine & airship stuff on Twitch if you want to check it out. Link should be in my profile ^^
