(we still don't know how much Surveillance we really need for the Rare from 40 yet)

Do we know what the rare is for the 40 zone from the patchnotes / looking at the marketboard? That crystal boule looks too easy to get and I think acquisition will quickly outpace demand. I expect prices for it to tank fast. If the lv. 40 zone doesn’t have something really nice (mount, minion, new song, etc) I doubt it will be worth the effort to upgrade our subs. Housing stuff is a fun change for rewards in SB but not as in demand as the other stuff.

I suspect that many who are sending subs out are just now clearing Purgatory for the first time. That, and it's possible not many have the new parts/builds set up yet. I suspect we should know something within the next week, though!
