I finally got a colossus slab. The sub has:

Surv: 110
Ret: 50
Spd: 70
Range: 105
Favor: 70

Hull, Stern, Bow are all Unkai
Bridge is Shark

This seems to be very RNG dependant and/or my parts have the wrong combination of stats.
