Rank 30 location unlocks sub 3 and more spirit bind materia grade 4. i dont get why there isnt 5's at this point, these are worst and you are better off just dealing with your HW airships at this point. unless you gather mats yourself, you are gonna lose money

I want to know how the mammets are getting HW materials underwater in a completely different area. They should be bringing back materia & materials that are suited for the content the submarines were introduced with.
