The second submarine is unlocked from Unidentified Derelict (Sector 10), the third from The Wreckage of Discovery I (Sector 15) and the fourth from Purgatory (Sector 20)

I have a request of everyone, to help me update the wiki, could you all also post what you've gotten back from older areas? Since the patch that added all of the new ones had a notice that some drops and locations had been changed I'd like to try and find out what still drops from those locations for others as well.
