Updated the sub builder spreadsheet with the new parts. Once again, make sure to make a copy to edit it, let me know if I missed something as I'm dead tired this morning. From the looks of it, while you can upgrade to a complete set of the new parts, the surveillance is so low with all of them that you're not going to want to.

Unless they have changed the way favor works I don’t understand the point of these upgrade parts. If you want to keep the high levels of surveillance that are likely needed for these higher level zones then these parts aren’t really worth crafting.

Has anyone looked at swapping whale parts yet? It looks like adding a whale stern is an overall improvement.

Retrieval 90
Speed 30
Range 115
Favor 65

It gives 10 less favor and 30 less speed in exchange for 20 more retrieval and 15 more range. Speed doesn't really matter to me but retrieval seems to make a huge difference in what I get each voyage.
