Excel spreadsheet:

• 1st Sheet (Path) - Requires download and enabling macros to be useful. You select up to 5 destinations, and it shows you the shortest range needed.
• 2nd Sheet (Builds) - Every possible build, filterable and sortable. Click the filter and sort in the header row to filter out builds that don't have enough range for your route, and sort speed or surveillance from high to low. Will show a voyage time for the route selected on the Path sheet.
• 3rd Sheet (Parts) - The various sub parts, there for formulas. You can use the "Include" column to remove parts you don't have from the possible builds on the Builds sheet.
