Building the Modified parts is not time very intensive, I have built all 4 alone. You just need to know, where you can get the parts. But time is relatively and for some parts you need the subs. Regarding the table above.... Yes they could bring the minion, but all these configurations are slow, fastest is c+u+u+c+

So does anyone know what the Favor threshold is to get double hits on Coldtoe Isle? I know 120 doesn't cut it.

Afaik the lowest reported on 4* sectors is 165, I did about 60 runs to coldtoe at 155 and didnt double dip once, so prob 160/165.

In other words, it is impossible to get two chances for the Meerkat per trip since there is no sub build that has 190 Surv and 165 Favor. Well that sucks.

What's the lowest reported Surveillance so far for the rare drops in the 4* sectors? You'll only be able to hit 160 Favor if you lower your Surv to 185. And with 175 Surv, you can boost your Favor to 165-175. But that might just make the Surv too low to get the rare items in there.

But if the lowest possible Surveillance for the Meerkat is indeed 190, then yea it would be impossible to get enough Favor at the same time for the double dip.

Is it possible to get the meerkat with 100 favor? I still really dont understand how favor works. I often wonder how folks get the information on how the subs work, it seems you would need to mine the data off PC version or something.

favor has nothing to do with getting meerkat. favor is the chance of getting a second hit on a sector. if you don't have the required surveillance to get meerkat it won't matter how much favor you have.
