C+ U+ U+ Y = 190 Surv 155 Fav but C+ U+ Y+ Y as in the pic = 170 Surv 175 Fav

Kind of important as I spent the last four hours getting the materials together and am ready to build 3 full sets of equip

I, indeed, oopsed when I reported this. It was a C+U+U+Y. My mistake.

The values were correct, though. 190 Surveillance, 155 Favor.

you need a build with at least 190 surveillance stat. there are only a few sub builds that can get you that amount. it's pretty much the king of stat if you want rare items.
