None. Lumber drop rate sucks on all sectors that can drop it.

Unless they changed it, the lumber can be mailed even though it's not tradeable nor sellable. I've got some extra (on Phoenix) if you want.

Looks like all you're missing is luck. Think it took me 3-4 weeks to get it unlocked.
