Boy do I feel silly now. I have no clue what that entry is and there's no such item in the game from any other sources. I'll see about getting it fixed. Sorry for the confusion.

My apologies for the confusion on that one; it appears that it must have misread something somewhere because I cannot find the reference to it. If someone is able to reproduce it, I will, of course, add it back in, but for now, I have fixed it.

It could be like carbonized matter in that it was a item that existed but was taken out of the game and unless you had some or heard of it. You would never know it existed lol

I don't keep good track of how many missions are going out, but I've received a third Insubmersible minion and I only have 3 subs capable of going places it drops, so I think they're relatively common.

Tho I wish I would stop getting the emerald ones. I have almost as many greens as I have purples but only like 3 blue .... and no idea where the Red one drops at.
