Are parts of the navigational map locked and it will be updated in future patches and have this happened before?

After adding 5 new sets of sub parts, they better be adding more zones.

Airships in HW and Submersibles in SB added 10 ranks at a time in various patches, both ending at rank 50 until they decided to keep going with subs in 5.05.

My CCSyC sub seems to get an abysmal rating 80% of the time. Is this a bad build or something?

I added List generator to Materials Part List sheet

Just type the number of parts you need, a mats list will show up to the right (combing all similar mats, and adding their quantities)

Most of the new parts seem to be designed to let people who are behind on subs catch up quickly by upgrading their old stuff. A few of the upgraded pieces will probably be good to mix and match with whatever comes out next.

The Abysmal rating is mostly meaningless. It's based on how much stuff total you bring back, we think. So if you build for high retrieval, you'll get better ratings...but you WON'T get more rare drops! I've gotten otters on "abysmal" ratings and nothing but crap glass on "satisfactory" ratings.
