Who would even use Eos with your changes. Your Whispering Dawn change is ridiculous too, but more DPS FOR FREE would trump anything Eos could bring.
I guess i have more reason to use selene now by LOSING ALL healing and healing buffs such as whispering dawn , fey covenant and fey illumination TRADING them for damage?

If i needed more healing il keep eos and if not selene vice versa.
