I'd change succor to be a slightly faster cast time. Can be annoying trying to get the shields up before a raid wide hit goes out.

Maybe extend shadow flares duration again.

And add an auto resummon to dissipation and make the healing potency buff affect everything. Including lustrate and indomnobility.

I'd completely revamp the fairy system to make it use the aetherpact gauge at all levels as I've said in other threads.
