    Stormblood Expansion was a mistake...

    From class/job adjustments to stat adjustments on normal enemies, bosses, and player characters, the game no longer is fun to play for people who got into the game before Stormblood launched(which is kinda debatable based on other variables...) because of things being to easy to do or too complicated to figure out because of how much RNG that's related to the class/job(AST and MCH are notorious for this and DRK to an extent but the added RNG made 1 stat actually worth investing in for DRK)

    Generating enmity/aggro wasn't really that hard to do before, it's just 1 person has to go get themselves by something that shouldn't have killed if they attacked the same target as the tank(or everyone but the tank because they thought AoE spamming because they could was a great idea except for when it resulted in a wipe)

    In a game where only DPS matters(which is how RPGs generally focus on first for battle encounters) but if people don't care about group effort then just make EVERYTHING DOABLE SOLO WITH NO EFFORT ON THE PLAYERS PART.

    Because clearly that worked for lot of other games that did the same thing right(even though they were originally made with group content first)

    I don't know man, I'm enjoying Stormblood and joined way before it launched.

    Also where do people get the idea that MCH is this crazy RNG-fiesta class? It's not even remotely comparable to AST.

    Yes,

    I prefered Heavensward. Its gameplay, its story, its primals... I truly miss it sometimes but...

    I enjoy Stormblood and I am still having a lot of fun despite what I mentionned. Some adjusments were really welcomed.
    So... no.

    I have been playing since early HW and I am enjoying SB very much.

    Ast's rng is absolutely not unique to SB at all. It was actually worse in HW because you had even less tools to mitigate the card rng or to turn an unwanted card into something else potentially useful.

    And as far as I'm aware drk no longer has rng in their mechanics. Can't speak for mch, I know too little about that class.

    People don't care about group effort? Something tells me you pug a lot. This is the case for pugging in every game, people always care less about group effort when it's with random people. I'm in a static and group effort is one of our priorities.

    I still blame them for making such a huge announcement during the Fan Festivals about that so much "battle system revamp" which was nothing different than now except some more skills + job gauges + simplifying all jobs to a level so even casual players can reach high numbers (looks at redmage).

    But all in honesty? This game suffers of being always the same content throughout the years. They think its fun for veteran players to run the same and all roulette every day, week and month.
    Actually I do not want to see more kill enemies in dungeons XXX times. I wish they would add some new mechanics to roulettes in general. For example:

    1. Thieves have invaded the dungeon and want to try to steal the treasure. Catch them before they reach in X minutes before they reach the goal
    2. The dungeon has been lost in the void. Gather light orbs in X minutes to complete the dungeon.
    3. 5 Npc kids got kidnapped and you have to find them all throughout the whole dungeon, you have X times to complete.
    4. Riddles and various other puzzles

    Its all about kill this mob, kill this boss.. Sometimes I end up being brain dead and sleepy cause many dungeons lose their interest and "adventour" feeling like. Cause it has been the same 1000th sastasha run since idk 2.0 or earlier. So instead of meetin the same mobs in a dungeon, you would have those conditions replaced with them. This would shake up old content so much, Im sure people would enjoy it more.

    Yup, same.
    Once you know how to prepare your card, it's not that much a problem.
    With Shuffle and Spread at 30s + Sleeve draw every 120s now and even minor arcana. There's plenty of way to efficiently deal with it.

    Yeah, MCHs biggest issue is that you have to squeeze most of its DPS into 10 seconds windows every minute. If you make a mistake or mechanics screw you up, it's very unforgiving.

    So basically, you're regretting the Stormblood the expansion...but your complaints are really mostly about other players who screw up?

    Seems legit.
