Why the high cost of moving? 30% of old plot mimimum price is not fair

Moving is a luxury. You get all your furniture moved over, if an fc all your workshop stuff/member rooms transferred and you have the added safety net of retaining a house even if you don't get to the other plot in time. The old way you'd get 0 gil back, you'd have to stuff the furniture away (what furniture didn't get destroyed from being picked up), you'd lose all your fixtures, if an fc you'd have to kick members & they'd all lose their rooms, anything workshop related would be lost and if you didn't get to the plot-to-be in time you could be homeless.

Maybe it would be less of an issue if they did not screw up hosing so badly? I mean I just think they should give more to the players after not giving players a good system after all these years. (meaning if they had a better system, people would not need to move as much, instead people are just trying get whatever while not being that happy with the location)

I can assure you, all of us who are flat out forbidden from buying a house at all are deeply sympathetic to the plight of people who already have one and can pay to get a better location, ensuring that if they ever actually do let us into the market again that only the table scraps are left.
