Depends on the grade of the plot. And the 30% reduction is off the minimum price so you might had paid much more for it orginially
I have my own apartment in Shirogane and for someone that runs out of gil often, that's a luxury in an of itself.
"But please. Call me Bae."
The White Witch of Okami Rojo.
Its better than vanishing and buy new. Before moving got introduced, I didn't expect any cashback at all.

SE can't math, or am I missing something here..?Say someone is moving a large to another large now that they have more freedom to pick the location they like. Is there a reason why they have to pay 43 million on top of the near 50 million originally? (or in the case of 5th class, 34 M more)
I mean it is not even fair when you are comparing the price of moving across classes, just.. why?
50m - (50m * 0.30) = 35m

honestly, you are lucky to get a discount.
First not enough plots, then housing is unfair because people have more than one, now do to moving expenses really?
It's simple common sense, prices vary by server and size so no moving expenses are not the same for every server ( unless close to or SE does some change ). Your pretty much buying a whole new plot, so no kidding your going to be getting charged a large amount. The discount is pretty much for having stuff to place in it. -.-
